Delivery & Shipping Information/Charges

“arVasaa” delivers to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. Kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. Deliveries are made during normal working hours and no shipments are made from the store on Sundays, public holidays or any other reason beyond our control.

 Delivery/Shipping Charges

 “arVasaa” offers the simple and easy Shipping Policy as below:

  1. INR 200 for shipping within metro cities of India (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai)
  2. INR 300 for shipping outside above 4 metro cities
  3. INR 400 for shipping in NE states of India
  4. For any International shipment, we will charge US$35 per shipment/ consignment irrespective of number of items. Depending upon volume and value of order, we can offer additional discount, please call or write to us for the same.

All shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel are placed at the customer's risk. If the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, “arVasaa” will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall “arVasaa” attempt re-shipment of the same order.

 Free Shipping

All orders with Net Product Value (product cost less any discount) above INR 5000 are automatically eligible for Free Shipping on all products. This is ONLY applicable for shipment within India.

 Delivery/Shipping Timelines (from the date of Order confirmation & Payment received)

  1. 2 to 3 business days for shipment to metro cities of India (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai)
  2. 4 to 5 business days for shipment to cities outside metro cities of India (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai)
  3. 5 to 7 business days for shipment to North East of India

Are there any hidden expenses?

Ther are no other hidden charges but the Government in your country of residence can impose taxes or import duties applicable on entry as per local laws.

Delivery/Shipping Risk

Our shipping parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If the courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But “arVasaa” will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

Shipment and Tracking Details

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please send an email to help@arVasaa.com for obtaining the tracking number and / or further assistance.

Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, on specific request address alteration requests may be accommodated within 12 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to our email address help@arVasaa.com with your order number and contact number to call you.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not arVasaa. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
